Steven Prussack, MS, OTR/L is the host and producer of Autism Talk Radio. Steven is a pediatric occupational therapist and radio host who has been working with children with autism for the past 8 years.
He is passionate about teaching parents holistic modalities for treating the symptoms of autism and has been successful in his own practice. Autism Talk Radio was created to educate, inspire, and spread the word about autism and the hope for a cure.
Steven earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University in West Orange, New Jersey. In addition, Steven received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Radio from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. He went on to received his certification in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute in 2003. In addition, Steven Prussack obtained his certification as an Animal-Assisted Therapist from the world-famous Delta Society.
Steven Prussack started working with autistic children in the school setting in Northern New Jersey in 1999. He then received over five years of extensive training working in one of the top therapy clinics in Southern California. Since that time, Steven has gone on to provide private Occupational Therapy to clients throughout California and within the local school districts.
Steven Prussack is a sought after leader and expert in his field. He was contracted to design and implement a sensorimotor program for a leading autism school in Southern California. In addition, he has set up Therapeutic Listening and Animal-Assisted Therapy Programs in two nationally-recognized clinics.
Steven holds certifications in the Therapeutic Listening and Craniosacral Therapy. Additionally, Steven maintains extensive training and practice in the following therapeutic programs:
